Addart™ by Bunneah Munkeah is all about fulfilling my dream of philanthropy through art. My work is not about making money. My work is about humility, giving back and service. My roots are simple. I am a MILBRAT who was raised to help my community, serve my country and respect people from all walks of life. I like to think these values are the foundation of the Addart brand.
At the heart of Addart is an organization I have an immense amount of respect for. Team Rubicon is an organization dedicated to providing veterans reintegrating into civilian life an opportunity to continue their service long after they remove their uniforms. They provide critical disaster response services worldwide while raising awareness about mental health for our veterans.
In addition to the school board, I spent over 4,000 hours working with our local library system, Safe Kids Saturdays, Habitat for Humanity, the US Department of Energy and our local Truancy Board to name a few. Long before Serve A Year was launched, I was putting in many hours of service which I am quite grateful for. I am so fortunate to have worked amazing and creative people also hungry for a better world. After AmeriCorps, I put my focus into bettering my hobbies of sewing and putting pretty colors on paper. After many months of trial and error, I launched a small, online shop offering custom-made garments and casual wear. A few years later, I purchased this domain and have been moving forward ever since.The Addart label has brought many interesting, important and creative people into my life.
Everything I create is made in America; all of my suppliers are US-based. Several of whom are Washington State based. I independently design and manufacture original, custom cosplay costumes from simple to Avant Garde and everything in between. I also love to bring my unique perspective to the canvas with paintings and sketches on several mediums. All of my items are made in a hate-free, smoke-free, animal-free studio and all washable items are washed with a hypoallergenic laundry soap before shipping to ensure freshness. I will never discriminate, and we accept orders from all humans. Except for Tom; that guy’s a dick.
Rainbows, Unicorns & Vampires! I am a gamer at heart; although I don’t get to play nearly as much as I like. I love to read. Huge fan of the Dexter series, Dark Tower, and R.L. Stine 🙂 I love to garden. I’m pretty new to it, but I can’t wait to have more room for a giant garden to share with family and friends. GO HAWKS! I’m a huge UFC fan
